Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing their onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their business goals and providing proactive solutions.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, identify risks, and implement retention strategies.
  • Drive product adoption by educating customers on best practices, new features, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Regular check-ins, QBRs, and gather customer feedback to drive improvements.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Handle escalations and work towards quick resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer journeys, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM tools, customer success platforms, and support software.
  • A proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership.
