Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow market share in the USA.
2. Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
3. Own the entire sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and high conversion rates.
4. Establish strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients to drive customer acquisition and expansion.
5. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
6. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
7. Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene for data-driven decision-making.
 
Requirements 

1. 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
2. Proven success in scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth in the U.S. market.
3. Strong experience in selling SaaS solutions is a plus.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
6. Ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and execute go-to-market strategies.
