Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and execute learning strategies and Build training programmes from scratch (from the initial idea through planning, implementation, review and outcomes analysis)
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, produce training materials for in-house courses
- Assess the success of development plans and help Trainees & Employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
- Design, expand and manage training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers, and provide trainees with timely and constructive feedback
- Evaluate training and development programmes, and prepare reports for management in areas such as usage, engagement and performance
- Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and industry developments
- Devise a training strategy for the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience as an L&D Specialist
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with employees
- Proven ability to pinpoint, analyze and assess training needs within the organization and the ability to translate those needs into actionable training initiatives
- Should have a strong sense of personal accountability
