Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support various HR functions, including
payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will
assist in maintaining HR records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing the employee
experience from onboarding to offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
● Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness of
data, including personal information, contract terms, and compensation details.
● Provide assistance in performance management, training initiatives, and other HR-related
projects as required.
● Assist in executing HR transactions and administrative tasks, such as employee engagement,
benefits management, and compliance as per laws.
● Address employee grievances and escalate issues as necessary.
● Administer performance management processes and support employee training and
development.
● Maintain and update HR software systems and generate reports as needed
● Handle employee relations by addressing workforce concerns and supporting a positive work
environment.
● Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions
for new hires and exit interviews for departing employees.
● Ensure proper documentation of employment contracts, NDAs, and compensation details.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
● Familiarity with HRIS software.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
